Adult Sunday School - 9:15 a.m.
TWO CLASSES ARE BEING OFFERED FOR ADULTS
1. Peacemaking: Join us each Sunday to learn the basic principles of personal peacemaking in a small group setting. This is a study for everyone which teaches biblical peacemaking principles and how to apply these principles to your own life and relationships. Participants will learn the four Gs: Glorify God, Get the log out of your eye, Gently restore, and Go and be reconciled. This study will include short videos, Bible verses, and discussion. A study guide will also be provided.
2. Parenting By The Book: Join us each Sunday as we study to become more familiar with God's Word, to understand how we can apply God's Word to parenting our children, and to enjoy fellowship with others seeking to do the same. Led by a facilitator, we will study the book of Matthew, as well as other readings. As preparation for each week's discussion, each participant is expected to study the assigned passage(s) and prepare written responses to three questions.
Women's Bible Study - 9:30-11:00 Thursday Mornings
The Women's Bible Study will begin an exciting study in February 2010 on the Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount in the Gospel of Matthew (Chapters 5-7). The Bible study will meet Thursdays from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the church. If you have any questions, please contact Sallie Aldrich, Dottie Kelley, or Nancye Mullaney. We hope to see you there.
Men's Bible Study - 7:00-8:00 Friday Mornings
Each Friday morning from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at the church office. Over coffee, as many as a dozen men of the church consider together the content, meaning, and application of scriptures
