Holy Week

Holy Week

I suspect if you polled the folks in our congregation who are here for most services, they would not hesitate to say the Maundy Thursday cantata, TAPESTRY, is the most meaningful worship experience they have all year.

Yesterday was an energetic, fun, celebratory Palm Sunday, since it was also our SECOND SUNDAY and the children were in the service the whole time and participated in leading worship. And of course Easter is a big celebration with wonderful music and big crowds in worship as we remember the resurrection . . . but for these worship experiences to really mean something personally, each of us needs to reflect on the events of Holy Week, and our Maundy Thursday service does that so well!

*The session will be meeting with our confirmands to examine them on Wednesday evening

*The Maundy Thursday service is at 7:00 p.m. Thursday

*The Easter Egg Hunt and all the other fun activities our Faith Formation leaders have planned

is on Saturday here at the church from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

*Our two Easter services (which will be the same) are at 8:00 & 10:00 a.m.

Grace and peace during this HOLY WEEK,
