Who should give online?
Anyone who would like to give to the mission and ministry of Palmetto Presbyterian Church either one time or on a recurring basis can utilize PPC’s online giving.
Do I have to be a member to give online?
We welcome gifts to the ministry and mission of Palmetto from both members and non-members.
Is my online giving secure?
Yes it is! Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is safer than giving your credit card number over the phone.
Can I make a one-time gift?
Yes, you can make a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift.
If I make a recurring gift, what are my options for the frequency of my gift and when will they be processed?
You may choose to set up a recurring gift on a weekly or monthly basis. You choose the start date for processing.
What if I want to cancel or change my online giving?
To change or cancel your online giving at any time, just login to your profile at http://public.serviceu.com.
How will I know if my gift was received?
You will receive a confirmation email that will confirm the details of your online gift.
Can I view my giving history online?
Yes, your online giving history can be viewed by logging in to your profile at http://public.serviceu.com. You will continue to receive your quarterly giving statements as in the past, and these gifts will be included on those statements.
Can I get a receipt for my online gift?
After you submit your gift information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is considered a valid receipt. In addition, your gift will appear on your regular quarterly giving statement.
Will my online giving be reflected on my quarterly statement?

What forms of payment can I use?
At this time, we can accept Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Checks (ACH). We accept both debit and credit cards, though we discourage using personal debt to give.
