Making & Growing Disciples
for the Glory of God

Welcome to Palmetto Presbyterian Church

At Palmetto Presbyterian, you will find a Community of real people who are more concerned about where you are going than where you have been. Our purpose is to ask the right questions, not provide easy answers. Here, you will find unconditional Acceptance and acts of Love.

In the midst of asking tough questions, we pull good news from the gospel. Our worship service is a Joyful and uplifting experience where the focus is not “what must I do to be saved,” but what Christ has already done to save me. In true Presbyterian form, we start with God.

Anything we Do is in response to God’s Grace.

Palmetto Presbyterian Church Lowcountry Blessing Box Project

Our goal is to place and maintain Blessing Boxes around the Lowcountry. Blessing boxes are stocked with non-perishable food items, basic toiletries, baby supplies, and anything else that might be considered a blessing to someone who finds themselves in need. Items are anonymously donated and anonymously received. A simple rule applies - Leave what you can, take what you need.

These are the items most commonly donated and used to stock the Blessing Box:

  • Canned food with ring-pulls.

  • Socks.

  • Crackers.

  • Toilet paper.

  • Non-perishable foods.

  • Bottled water.

Palmetto has four Blessing Box locations throughout the Lowcountry that we support, including:

Donations can be brought to the church for restocking the boxes.

"Because Palmetto is a missional church, I have been able to get involved in both local projects, like Turkeys for Huger and international projects like the CAP's 2019 and 2020 Puerto Rico Mission Trips.  It is amazing to think of all the mission work that has been generated through our church over the years!"

Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done.
